Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation notice
We understand situations come up where you may not be able to make it into the salon. Out of respect for our employees, if we are not given a 24-hour notice you will be charged 50% of your booked services. This is our career and we absolutely love what we do, but we need to protect our time as well. If you do not show up to your appointment without any call prior, you will be charged 50% of your service. Some services may require a deposit.
Rescheduling can be done online through our website or via your confirmation e-mail 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, please call us directly at 419-674-4270.
Thank you for taking the initiative to get ahold of us if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.
